Hands-on experience with Reltio MDM solution, including configuration, customization, and administration. Ability to design and implement MDM strategies using Reltio to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across the organization.ERP Integration KnowledgeStrong knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP S4HANA. Experience in integrating MDM solutions with SAP S4HANA for seamless data flow and synchronization. Ability to manage and optimize the integration between Reltio and SAP S4HANA, ensuring that master data is accurately and efficiently shared across systems.Data Analytics and BI ProficiencyAdvanced understanding of data analytics, BI tools, and data warehousing concepts. Experience with Azure BI & Analytics solutions, including data modeling, ETL processes, and report/dashboard creation. Ability to leverage Azure tools to analyze, visualize, and report on master data, providing actionable insights to support business decision-making.Project Management and Agile MethodologyStrong project management skills with a focus on Agile methodologies. Proficiency in leading cross-functional teams through the MDM project lifecycle, from planning and development to deployment and iteration. Ability to manage MDM projects using Agile practices, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement aligned with business objectives.Stakeholder Management and CommunicationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
