Senior Product Designer - Financial Services We are seeking a Product Designer who will push boundaries, help Adyen elevate our design standards, and make a strong impact on product execution and quality.
Our Financial Services Scalability team provides our internal finance teams with innovative new software & hardware.
With this team, you'll help shape the future of frictionless in-person payments and work directly with our Product Designers, Product Managers, and Technical Teams to deliver an experience that feels well thought-out no matter the payment channel.
What you'll do Solve complex flows for operational teams like Reconciliation and Payouts Work alongside Product and Tech to think through and strategize the long-term vision of our internal tools Find creative ways to automate and speed up our internal processes to help Adyen reach its full potential Lead a complete product area within Adyen, from start to end Validate and substantiate your own work and ideas and translate them into clear solutions Push boundaries of product & visual execution and try out new ideas (and fail) regularly.
This is you Highly skilled in developing SaaS product experiences (B2B experience is a plus) Curious to try new solutions to problems, open to different perspectives, and possess well-developed self-awareness Ability to design for both web and mobile touchpoints Not afraid to speak up or voice potentially controversial ideas that you think are important for our users A good understanding of and experience with design tools: Figma, Sketch or similar Extensive experience with at least one prototyping tool Ability to independently generate pixel-perfect production assets with superb attention to detail Ability to work well on an egoless, highly collaborative, and cross-functional team Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitments Our unique approach is a product of our diverse perspectives.
