With this mission we, as a 100% subsidiary of AlphaConsult KG, are looking for you as Maintenance Control Center Coordinator (m/f/d) from Spain for our client a Part 145 - Maintenance Operation at Leipzig-Halle Airport (LEJ).

Your Task as a MCC - Coordinator (m/w/d):
Planning and coordination of maintenance work in order to determine the operational capability of the aircraft within the ground times and the required capacities.
Technical support for all EAT - Part 145 outstations in all matters
Support with maintenance planning
Preparation of schedules for major maintenance events (Gantt chart)
Continuous tracking of expected release times for non-operational aircraft and initiating actions to minimize the impact on the DHL network
Close collaboration with MOC
Checking incoming aircraft documents from the EAT Part 145 maintenance stations for completeness
Coordination of work packages in LEJ with the Work Preparation Coordinator
Coordination of complaints with the Troubleshooting and Engineering department
Monitoring and allocation of real-time planning data
Assigning external orders to subcontractors according to maintenance requirements
Notifying the aircraft owner of planned maintenance changes that affect the planned time on the ground
Arranging "Flying Spanner" for specific aircraft routes and additional charters for EAT personnel for all EAT Part 145 outstations
Coordination of daily requests to the MCC
Monitoring and ensuring maintenance and layover reports to all contracted trades
Taking on special tasks and project work
Implementing company policy
Monitoring process efficiency and suggesting process improvements
Assigning work activities to Line Control / Task Control
Your Profil as a MCC - Coordinator (m/w/d):
Holder (m/f/d) of a part-66 license CAT B1 or CAT B2 for aircraft maintenance
In-depth knowledge of aircraft maintenance and the organizational requirements for flight safety, safety, quality, airworthiness and the general operation of an aviation company
Comprehensive understanding of the German/European legal and regulatory framework and other legal requirements
Strong interpersonal skills
Very good leadership and management skills
Decisiveness and assertiveness to find flexible and creative solutions in a complex environment
Proven analytical skills as well as good self-confidence and high self-motivation
A sense of responsibility and the ability to delegate and work under time pressure
