Ecolab is seeking a HR Admin to provide day-to-day support by participating across a wide variety of HR activities.
What You Will Do: Assist the HR Development team in the implementation of the Area activities, as well as help organize training & development initiatives.
Work along with the Recruitment Team managing full-cycle recruiting processes (i.E., posting, screening, interview logistics).
Support with HR analytics and reporting such as reviewing metrics (HR scorecard, headcount, diversity, attrition, etc.).
Create presentations and support on internal HR communications.
Provide general administrative support on several HR projects.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or other related area.
2 years of Human Resources experience.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
