Job Summary: EU Fulfilment Learning Design team is looking for a Learning and Development Administrator to support the development of world-class learning solutions for our customers across EUCF. In this position, you will be providing professional and effective administrative support to the different projects rolled out by the team.Key Responsibilities:Assist the EU Fulfilment Learning Design team with L&D admin support.Update internal tables and documents of the team.Support with the translation of our learning solutions into the different European languages.Support with LMS management (new course creation, update existing ones, etc.).Support with internal requests of stakeholders.Support with testing of our learning solutions.Support with the coordination of the onboarding of new team members.Attend meetings and provide the information required.Develop and maintain training support materials.A Day in the Life: No two days are ever the same in this team, as you'll be asked to work in some parts of the creation process of our learning solutions and also in different projects working together with instructional designers, project managers, communities of practice, and other stakeholders.You will be giving support in the creation of world-class development material that will benefit all associates across the EU network and beyond!Required Skills:Experience designing content using a cross-section of authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Articulate 360, Lectora).Experience designing learning solutions.Ability to work remotely with other teams: stakeholders, SMEs, and front-line employees.Good interpersonal skills and composure.Ability to prioritize, manage, and complete multiple tasks independently with tight deadlines.Detail-oriented, able to deep dive and root cause issues, follow detailed instructions, and troubleshoot technical issues where required.
