Main Responsibilities
Admissions Process:
- Processing and responding to mail sent to the office and managing the office filing system.
- Distribute information on enrolling students to relevant MBA departments.
- Create reports from admission database: include status reports of admission funnel progression, re-enrollment of returning students, and attrition. Assist in the preparation of statistics as requested by the Director of Admission.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of admissions systems and practices and liaising with staff both within and external to the department to instigate improvements.

Contribute to the effective implementation of any admissions policies and processes in line with corporate objectives.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years related office experience is preferred.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Microsoft Outlook.
- Superior communication skills (both written and verbal), excellent English communication skills.
- He/she should be comfortable with public speaking while displaying a high degree of professionalism and tact at all times.
