DescriptionThe individual in this role will be a member of the Global Medical AffairsLeadership Team (GMALT) and interact with all levels of leadersacross Medical Affairs, R&D; and cross-functionally.This position will provide support to the Global Medical AffairsHeadwith day-to-day and ad hoc operational business needs and requirements.Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership to Medical Excellence and Operations projects cross-functionally, partnering with key internal and external stakeholders.- Closely interact with all Global Medical Affairs (GMA) Leadership Team members and their respective functions to develop cross BU standards for excellence and efficient operations, including organizational support structures,systems architecture, processes, people, and project portfolio management.- Work closely with business development and external scientific innovation teams to provide support for integrations from an R&D; perspective!- Lead Global Med. Excellence and Stakeholder Engagement Team (Med. Communication, Med.
