We are looking for an energetic, dynamic Sales Representative for one of our brokerage brands. This person must possess a can-do attitude and effectively balance client needs with internal resources to drive high customer retention and satisfaction year after year. If you are ready to roll up your sleeves and dig in, we want to talk with you.
Tasks in the role: Manage relationships with customers, generating leads, and closing sales.
Analyze sales data and trends, and develop strategies for increasing sales.
Present to prospective customers, assist with product launches, and help develop new marketing initiatives.
Be flexible, creative, and positive while helping clients online.
Build trust between the client and the company.
Our requirements: Background in the Fintech industry (Forex/B2B/SaaS).
Experience in Sales and/or customer service considered an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced knowledge of English and Spanish language.
Ability to think on their feet and solve problems.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently.
