Job Title:Systems Sales Engineer in Electrohydraulic Control & Automation (m/f)
Reporting To:General Manager
Work Schedule:Onsite – Madrid, SP
You will be based in our office in Madrid / Spain and support our business of motion control solutions for our industrial Spanish market. The incumbent provides competent technical sales, engineering and support on a broad range of components and systems in the field of EH (electrohydraulic), EM (electro mechanic) and closed loop control technologies and other associated products and services. You will also be in charge of managing local projects as well as subcontractors for the benefit of customers. As part of an international company, you will be responsible to manage local business according to company strategy with support of our Engineering teams around the world (English is required).
Responsibilities:Responsible for Motion Control Solutions from Specification to Sizing.Identify, pursue and secure profitable business to meet the objectives of an agreed sales plan, by both protecting existing business and generating new business.Understand the assigned markets, including competitor activity, and monitor the wants and needs of the customers, effectively representing them within Moog.Maintain close contact with assigned customers and provide them with a constant level of excellent customer service.Make effective proposals and quotations to customers within the agreed pricing policy and approved commercial terms.Technical sales support for motion control Systems / Products.Define technical specifications for products and systems in close cooperation with local customers and our European applications engineering department.Ensure Moog is well positioned to win the business.Requirements:University degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.Experience in the field of Motion Control Systems (Electro-hydraulic, Electro-mechanic, Controller/Software, Closed Loop Controls).Strong team player with excellent communication skills.Autonomous, proactive and customer focused.Proven experience in managing a number of projects at one time.Fluent in Spanish and English.Willingness to travel (approx. 50%).What Moog is offering:A challenging role within an international organization where high technology is the heart of our business.
