Location: Barcelona, Spain Place of work: Hybrid As a Material Planner you'll play a vital role in our Planning community in Taste division, ensuring availability of critical raw materials and supporting the organization to achieve operational and financial goals. Your key responsibilities Estimate Raw Material needs based on forecasts and historical consumptions.Analysis of Purchase Requisitions and creation of Purchase Orders to selected suppliers.Follow up of orders, from creation until delivery on site, ensuring availability of RM for use in production.Accurate and timely communication with external and internal stakeholders to enable fast troubleshooting, agile changes to our production plans and superior service level for our customers.Collaboration with other departments for resolution of invoicing discrepancies and vendor returns.We bring The opportunity to work for a company where sustainability is much more than a claim and is core to our strategy and purpose.A flexible work environment that empowers people to take accountability for their work and own the outcome.A space to grow by encouraging and supporting curiosity and an open mindset.A community of experienced professionals that will support you along your learning path and challenge you to realize your potential.Barrier-free communities within our organization where every employee is equally valued and respected – regardless of their background, beliefs, or identity.An eagerness to be one team and learn from each other to bring progress to life and create a better future.You bring Bachelor degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or similar discipline.3 years of experience working in Planning roles.Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.Strong communication skills, both written and oral.Ability to work in a fast paced, cross-functional environment.Experience with SAP (R3/APO), Kinaxis Rapid Response is a plus.Good Microsoft Office skills.Our recruitment process Are you interested in this role?
