About the role
The Materials Planner is responsible for optimizing the material planning based on material group and for handling the operational tasks connected to the plan. He/She will be responsible to ensure there are adequate quantities on time and volume to ensure the production of Semifinished Goods and Finished Goods. Ensure the proper quantities of Raw Material to maintain appropriate levels of Working Capital and SST.

What You Will Do
Plan raw material deliveries in the short, medium, and long term to meet production demands and maintain efficient operations.
Collaborate with various departments to mitigate potential material shortages and ensure smooth production flow.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contributing to their performance evaluations.
Coordinate with different functions to minimize raw material write-offs and manage phase-in/phase-out processes.
Actively contribute to new projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
Analyze and update safety stock levels for raw materials based on individual material and factory constraints.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date master data in the system.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Min. 3 years of experience in Supply Chain.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making approach.
Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational efficiency.
Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization. Can adapt between detailed and global views.
Adaptability and ability to multi-task.
Ability to work and develop in ambiguity.
Excellent team player.
Proficiency in English.
Additional language is a plus.
SAP or equivalent experience is advantageous.
Excel knowledge and Power Apps is a plus.
