Join their dynamic team and be a part of the journey to shape the future of automotive manufacturing.Your FunctionsLead and supervise a team of material handlers, ensuring effective daily operations.Plan and coordinate material workflows to meet production schedules and inventory needs.Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment processes.Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and procurement, to streamline material flow.Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to inventory and material usage.Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in material management.Conduct regular training sessions for team members on best practices in material handling and safety procedures.Maintain an efficient and safe work environment, promoting cooperation and mutual respect.Position RequisitesEducation: Ingeniero SuperiorLanguages: English: C1Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced level of MS Excel required)Experience: 3 years- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive sector.- Proven leadership and team management skills.- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and material handling procedures.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.Your BenefitsFull-time permanent employment.
