We are committed to equal employment opportunities that foster an inclusive environment.For Instituto Grifols's Material Planning department, there is a need for the incorporation of a Material Planning Specialist to perform the following tasks:What your responsibilities will beYou will secure the supply of raw materials and packaging to meet production requirements:Identify the materials required to ensure scheduled productionExecute and follow up order requisitions for required materialsFollow up on incoming orders and claim orders in delayReview stocks and consumptions to achieve the optimal level of raw material inventoryYou will create SAP codes for new materials involved in the production process:Initiate the internal process of creating new SAP codes in the systemMonitoring and claiming of the data necessary for the activation of the materialCoordinate the related tasks with the departments involvedIdentify needs for the production process together with the users to guarantee the necessary inventoryYou will coordinate with other departments the production objectives, minimizing costs and managing incidences.Who you areTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions).You have a CFGS or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business or similar.You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.You are fluent in Spanish and English (B2.2.).You have advanced knowledge in Excel.
