MISSION Manage the Material needs in line with the strategic of HI and Cash Flow.
Responsible for the configuration of the MRP process to ensure material availability and material rotation. Be the main interface for Projects and Operations with the materials availability for short, mid and long term. To drive the purchase order process and to manage suppliers, following supplier performance in terms of OTIF and Non-conformity.
RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate material needs with the teams from Engineering Operations and Projects. Define strategic policies for stock management in line with the budget of Projects and Objectives of the unit around the Cash Flow. Consolidate the need from Operations/Production and the BOM for the correct execution of the MRP module. Manage Material Master data for the correct performance of the MRP for the correct generation of purchase requests, optimizing in terms of lot size and frequency ensuring material supply and availability. Improve visibility on materials for production and operations. Perform inventory analysis for the right definition of the procurement strategy. Generate action plans for inventory reduction and increase of inventory rotation. Anticipate the risk for stock shortages and the needs of material supply to provide visibility to Sourcing for optimal negotiation with suppliers. Place purchase orders, manage order acknowledgement, follow up, and delivery control. Manage suppliers' non-conformities.
