Could you be the full-time Material Planner in Madrid we're looking for?
Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your experience on supply chain, monitoring providers and control of KPIs.
You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You will issue the documents of supply chain, according to quality & operational standards.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Suppliers and internal clients ), perform full monitoring of the providers in terms of deliveries and much more.
You'll be responsible of the control of open orders & requisitions, but also contribute to regular data reporting on suppliers delivery performance and open orders.
We'll look to you for: Perform full monitoring of the providers in terms of deliveries.
Periodical follow up, specific meetings to confirm deliveries or manage missing parts with action plans.
Control of open orders & requisitions.
Contribute to regular data reporting on suppliers delivery performance and open orders (KPIs).
Invoice reconciliation when required.
Manage reverse logistics in case of returns and in-advance control of contractual commitments breach of delivery dates from suppliers.
Troubleshoot or escalate problems related to the order and delivery process.
Maintain a bidirectional communication (Suppliers - Internal Clients) that serves to update and / or confirm production plans as material deliveries are confirmed.
Propose ideas for the continuous improvement of the purchasing processes.
Ensure the compliance of suppliers in terms of QCD as well as policies, regulations, procedures and requirements of Alstom Transport.
Monitoring and analysis of KPIs for standard tasks and planning.
Assigning tasks to personnel under your charge, monitoring, resolving incidents in daily production.
Monitoring of the execution of workshop activities, according to the established program.
Proposal and compliance with the workshop environmental objectives.
Conducting and participating in accident investigations.

2 years of experience in similar positions.
Intermediate or advance level at Office and SAP.
English level B2/C1.
