These companies are specializing in manufacturing amplifiers, sound bars, speakers, headphones, subwoofers etc.
What will you achieve?
As an Order Management and Technical Support Advisor, you will be the initial point of contact for domestic & international customers, end users, resellers and installers.
You will be the first point of contact for end consumers, handling a wide range of enquiries around direct to consumer order processing, returns, service & warranty and many others.
On the Technical aspect, a large component of the role involves replicating and investigating issues, identify root cause and turn it into solution.
What is your mission?
Provide first line support to B2C customers for Masimo Consumer's products online, in both German and English language.
Answer questions from customers about features, technical specifications and set up issues of the products.
To be able to resolve any topic considering order processing including payment, returns, cancellations, refunds and lost in transit matters.
Resolve return requests and refunds in a smooth, efficient manner to customer satisfaction from end-to-end or to be capable of providing next-level support where needed.
Show empathy in all interactions with customers.
Requirements What do we look for?
Fluent German Language : communication confidence in German.
English Communication: You'll be working with an international team, so you need to be comfortable in English too!
Tech-savvy: To be experienced with home network set up including Internet security software, configuration and troubleshooting.
Tech Enthusiast: Having interest in new technologies (home audio/visual equipment) and technical support knowledge would be plus.
Location & Eligibility: Be eligible to work in Slovakia, office is in Bratislava.
