Mas Service Connections Connections Support Specialist

Client Management:Delivers an exceptional client experience as measured by transaction surveys, consistently meeting expectations.Project Management:Basic knowledge of MAS products, services, processes, and organization.
Willing to complete stretch assignments such as SWAT, OE rotations, etc.Technical Support:Resolve technical issues related to EDI, understanding account structures, and work closely with OES, Service, and other BTS groups.Partnership Driver:Builds bridges and collaborative partnerships with associates and leaders from other MAS departments to improve service results.Work Independently:Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client concerns, including complex situations.
Demonstrates ability to diffuse volatile situations.
Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
