Your role and work environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic MarTech specialist engineer to join our Technology Team of Customer Interactions and Marketing.
The responsibility of this team is to create personal and relevant communications to Customers and non-Customers, and our way of working is agile.
Your key responsibilities: As a MarTech Engineer, you'll belong to the Customer Interactions Tribe, an agile and diverse team of experts in different areas (business, comms, tech), whose purpose is to build and implement the best marketing platform to engage with our customers and non-customers.
You will ensure our platform meets the desired level of efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Bring an experienced Software Engineer background to design, develop, test, and deploy the code that will shape the different components of the platform, ensuring that they meet the requirements of functionality, quality, and performance.
Deliver in production a working software by utilizing the best technology and development practices.
Support in production by analyzing and fixing any bugs that occur.
Contribute to improve the technical discipline by collaborating with other engineers and learning from errors.

Proven track record and technical skills (4-8 years): Essential: Experience implementing and evolving Marketing platforms for customer campaigns (Adobe Experience Platform (Campaign, AJO), Salesforce MK).
Experience implementing and evolving CMS (Bloomreach, AEM, WordPress, other) and DAM (Adobe EMA, Bynder, other).
Experience implementing and evolving Tag Management tools (Tealium).
Modeling, design and management of data repositories (Adobe CDP / DMP, DWH, Datalakes).
APIs and Webhooks: working with and setting up webhooks for seamless data flow between systems.
Working on cloud environments (Azure preferably).
Nice to have: Data ETL knowledge: tooling (Powercenter, Informatica) and/or languages (PL/SQL, Python).
Analytics and reporting skills for campaign performance (SQL, Adobe AA/CJA, SAS, PowerBI, others).
Basic knowledge on security controls and evidencing.
