Collaborate with internal teams to develop robust data architecture, ensure compliance with privacy regulations, and optimize marketing campaigns through automation and precise reporting.What You Will Do ðMonitor Martech/Adtech trends, build relationships with industry partners, and act as the main point of contact.Plan and manage the yearly Martech budget, negotiate pricing, approve spending, and resolve financial discrepancies.Lead new tool and process implementations, coordinating stakeholders for seamless adoption and integration.Collaborate with Analytics and Engineering to ensure marketing data architecture meets evolving needs and supports accurate reporting.Translate marketing team requests into technical solutions, collaborating with Tech, Analytics, and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution.Document Martech processes and guide teams on tool usage, automation, and compliance with privacy regulations.Advise on automation to optimize marketing workflows, including budget allocation, campaign management, and creative scalability.Ensure data flow reliability for accurate reporting, oversee audience requests, and improve reporting systems for consistency.Lead and coordinate deep link implementation and tracking mechanisms across departments to optimize campaign performance.What We're Looking For ðBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other analytical degrees such as Engineering/Mathematics.2-3 year as a Martech/Adtech specialist or at least in a Digital Marketing role with Martech involvement.English proficiency is an asset, and Spanish would be a plus.Having worked in app environments.Having worked previously with a CDP (mParticle, Amplitude CDP, etc.), app attribution tools (Adjust, Appsflyer, etc.) and advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook or DV360.You have worked with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau and Analytics tools such as Amplitude.You're not afraid of help centers and love reading documentation in order to get the most of any Martech/Adtech platform.You can easily connect and collaborate with a diverse set of people across levels and backgrounds (Legal, Tech, Marketing channels specialists, etc.).Do note that all our jobs are ð Barcelona based.We work in a hybrid model, we offer a flexible work environment where regular office attendance is expected for which the frequency is determined at a team level.Wallapop is an equal opportunity employer.
