Fever has developed a proprietary technology that inspires a global community of over 125M people through personalized and curated experiences in their local city whilst empowering entertainment and event creators to reach new audiences and enhance their experience.Sounds amazing, right?About the role: On your day-to-day, your responsibilities will be:Clearly define and develop a comprehensive strategy for Fever's marketplaceCollaborate with the different business leaders to identify gaps and areas of improvement, establish KPIs, and implement initiatives to optimize performanceEvaluate current strategies and identify areas to drive growth and improve key business metricsDevelop a project management approach to ensure successful implementation of solutions, prioritizing projects based on their potential impact on business goals and objectivesCultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and teams across multiple countries and time zonesCommunicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersDemonstrate strong accountability and ownership to meet business goals and objectivesEngage with external stakeholders to explore opportunities for business expansionAbout you: You have a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) bachelor's degree+5 years of experience in a process optimization and/or analytics role.
+1 year of people management experience (as manager, PM, etc)Advanced English speaker (C1 required, C2 preferred).
