**About the role**:
- Clearly define and develop a comprehensive strategy for Fever's marketplace
- Collaborate with the different business leaders to identify gaps and areas of improvement, establish KPIs, and implement initiatives to optimize performance
- Lead a team of analysts to achieve the team's objectives and key results (OKRs)
- Evaluate current strategies and identify areas to drive growth and improve key business metrics
- Develop a project management approach to ensure successful implementation of solutions, prioritizing projects based on their potential impact on business goals and objectives
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and teams across multiple countries and time zones
- Streamline workflows, automate tasks, utilize data and analytics to gain insights, and implement best practices to increase the team's productivity
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong accountability and ownership to meet business goals and objectives
**About you**:
- 5+ years experience in an analytics & business role
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish
- Strong knowledge of Google Spreadsheets/Microsoft Excel and data analysis (SQL/Python)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a bias toward data-driven decision-making
- Strong lateral thinking
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work successfully across many disciplines
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Digital marketing background, with experience in social paid platforms.
