What you'll do as our Marketplace Business Development Manager (m/f/d) Advise Sastrify's prospects and customers on the leading and best-fit SaaS and Cloud tools available via the Sastrify Marketplace Lead the end-to-end Sastrify Marketplace pre-sales, onboarding, and renewal efforts, including building your sales pipeline, winning deals, ensuring a seamless onboarding, and securing future renewals Build and own your new business and renewals forecast, including defining your strategy to win and achieve your forecast, highlighting roadblocks and support required, reporting progress regularly, etc.
Work closely with other Sastrify teams involved in Sastrify Marketplace end-to-end customer journey, both customer-facing as Sales, Customer Success, Procurement and internal as Customer Ops and Finance, as well as with our external partners Track and analyze on a regular basis the performance of Sastrify Marketplace prospects and customers to identify how our offerings and portfolio need to evolve, how can we improve our commercials and and the end-to-end customer experience, etc.
Recommend and lead initiatives to improve the Sastrify Marketplace Requirements You have 3+ years of proven work experience in customer-facing roles, including Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Account Management or in a similar one in the SaaS industry.
You have gained a university degree in the field of Business Administration, Economics, IT, Engineering, or in a similar discipline You are persistent, creative, and reliable - you bring the motivation required to drive multiple business opportunities and projects in parallel to understand, connect, and delight our customers You are a self-motivated and proactive team player with innovative ideas to continuously improve the value that we deliver to our customers and our differentiation in the market You have outstanding oral and written ability in English You are comfortable working remotely (we don't have an office) You are based in Germany or Spain (we do not have an entitiy elsewhere) It is a plus if you have: Proven experience running the end-to-end SaaS pre-sales, onboarding, and renewals Proven work experience in the channel business, working in the intersection between SaaS vendors, resellers, and customers You are fluent in German Benefits Build strong technical and market expertise in high-growing SaaS market Be part of a driven team who is building a new SaaS Category of its own - play an active part in building the Sastrify Marketplace being one our strong differentiators in the SaaS procurement market.
