This person will be part of a young and vibrant team and would support an internationally renowned FMCG client.Responsibilities:Support the Account Manager in managing all projects across the different digital platformsManaging timelines, scopes, budgets, communications, quality, issues, risks, critical paths, and resource constraintsForecasting and tracking key customer metrics and KPIsManaging client communications and building long-term relationships with the clientManaging priorities to ensure the successful and on-time delivery of our services according to the client's needs, specifications, and goalsEnsuring the content meets client specifications and expectations as well as the local market requirementsManaging budgets for each campaign and informing the Account Manager of any significant changes during the campaignEnsuring detailed meeting minutes are being taken and passed on to the Account ManagerRequirements:1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a digital agencyPrevious experience working with KPIs, reports, and analysisAn interest in the Social Media worldPrevious experience in Paid marketing is a plus (not a must)Excellent organizational skills, creativity, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environmentA proactive attitude and a curiosity for learning new processes, new areas, and unknown technologiesAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsA professional and personal passion for the digital marketing world #J-18808-Ljbffr
