We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Growth Manager to lead the digital sales strategy and manage the digital marketing budget. This role will be responsible for developing and executing acquisition strategies, overseeing CRM and marketing automation efforts, driving CRO projects, and managing audience strategy through our CDP. The Growth Manager will also collaborate on digital analytics projects to optimize performance across channels. What will your day to day be like? Develop and implement comprehensive acquisition strategies to drive growth. Lead CRM and marketing automation initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention. Oversee Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) projects to maximize digital sales performance. Manage and optimize audience strategy using our Customer Data Platform (CDP). Collaborate on digital analytics projects to gain insights and improve marketing performance. Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources. Proven experience in growth marketing, digital sales, and performance marketing. Strong knowledge of Martech tools and platforms. Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and CDP systems. Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and digital analytics. Agile methodology experience is a plus. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
