We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a background in a creative agency and a proven track record in managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, especially within the Social Media realm. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working with clients in the skincare sector and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within this industry.
ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned skincare clients.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Understand client needs and objectives, and ensure the agency delivers solutions that meet or exceed expectations.Campaign Management/Project Coordination: Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing projects, with a big focus on social media campaigns.Coordinate with creative and strategy to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.Communication and Presentation: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, internal teams and external partners, providing regular updates and progress reports and ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.Present creative concepts, strategies, and campaign results in a compelling manner.Develop and manage account budgets.Ensure projects are delivered within budget and achieve profitability targets.Handle billing, invoicing, and financial reporting for client accounts.Campaign Analysis and Optimization: Utilize analytics and performance metrics to evaluate campaign success.Identify areas for improvement and optimization, implementing changes to enhance campaign performance.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in an account management role within a creative agency.Previous experience as an Account Manager in an agency, consultancy, or similar environment focusing on marketing, communication, events, PR, etc.Knowledge in social media management and digital marketing.Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.Strong understanding of the skincare sector and its marketing dynamics.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Passionate about the skincare industry and digital marketing.Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.Languages: Spanish (mandatory)Any other languages are a plus.What we offerCompetitive salary and benefits package.Access to ongoing training and professional growth and development.A MacBook and any other pieces of equipment required.A collaborative and inclusive company culture.Access to cutting-edge marketing tools and technologies.Family friendly company.Account Manager (skincare)BarcelonaPublished on July 30, 2024
