Marketing VM Trainee (Iberia) Location: Madrid, Spain
Reporting to: VM Supervisor
Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Supervisor, this role ensures the support in operational implementation of the Visual Merchandising plan in points of sale specific to the Spanish and Portuguese market, while respecting the global image of PANDORA.
You will create and provide support in Visual Merchandising guidelines to be cascaded down to all relevant stakeholders in the organisation, aimed at aligning in-store practices and implementations. You will support to ensure the correct implementation in top 50 stores and in charge of VM trainings to the staff.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:VM GUIDELINES DEVELOPMENT SUPPORTSupport in the implementation of VM guidelines to suit market needs, by managing the product set-up preparation, the shooting process and building the VM Guidelines for Retail.Evaluate VM implementation reports from the stores and giving feedback, sharing and collaborating with VM Specialists with focus in top 50 stores.COMMUNICATION FLOWEnsure regular updates of the VM Data base and stores layouts.Work closely with partners and suppliers.OPERATIONAL SUPPORTVM reporting.Provide support for Marketing activities, PR events, showroom activities.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?BA or VM Degree StudiesFluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus!)Excellent MS Office knowledge (with focus on Photoshop and Power Point, Excel)Excellent analytical and writing skills and attention to detailStrong VM SkillsGood organizational and planning skills, ability to deal with situations where multitasking is frequently required, with experience in project managementYou're a team player and you have experience working across large matrix organisationsFast learner, able to pick up product knowledge quickly and accurately, personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skillsAbility to share knowledge, confident talking and presenting in public, in an engaging and informative style.WHY PANDORA?If you DREAM and DARE to grow and as develop yourself and client groups on a daily basis, if you CARE and appreciate diverse work environments and you DREAM to work in fast paced, innovative and disruptive organization, Pandora is the right place for you!
