En Auren Personas trabajamos desde la división de Selección & Executive Search y nos dedicamos a proporcionar servicios especializados de consultoría de Recursos Humanos.Actualmente estamos colaborando con KNORR-BREMSE, una destacada empresa del sector ferroviario ubicada en Getafe, que busca incorporar a su plantilla a una persona para el puesto de Marketing Technician.Functions of the position:As a member of the product development team you have to work closely with sales engineering to accomplish technical sales enablement, ensure external and internal customer knowledge, launch and follow up new products, drive product technology direction, perform market and competitive analysis.Also, you will support sales engineers during customer proof of concepts, and you will be in charge of the whole management of events and fairs, ensuring logistics and presenting the product to the audience.Competencies and soft skills required for the position: Has the ability to understand in depth technical topics and put them into a straightforward message. Has the ability to convey product message to different type of audience (customers, users). Has creativity and sense of beauty. Likes to bring to perfection all small details of her/his work. Is able to highlight the most important features and strong points of our products, while minimizing the weak points. Has a strong willingness to bring things to life. Manages marketing projects to meet and exceed customers expectations. Does the extra-mile to solve day by day issues, is able to understand customer needs and provide the necessary documentation/information/service. Has curiosity and vision for new trends. Is able to anticipate market needs. Converts customer feedback into success stories, focusing on what really matters. Qualifications: Engineering or Architectural background is valuable, not a must. Experience in digital marketing and audiovisual content creation. More than 3 years of experience in marketing and knowledge of the engineering sector. Excellent command of English and Spanish. Knowledge of German is very valuable.
