We are looking for a pro-active and result-driven Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for driving marketing activities within Iberia, being responsible for the Food and Plant-Based Beverages categories and BD support. You will work closely with customers to further drive Tetra Pak's business by deploying marketing services programs and portfolio as suitable per customer and market need. Your key stakeholders will be Sales, Marketing, BD, Sustainability, Communication, Global Marketing & Portfolio colleagues, Marketing Directors and Managers of customers, as well as Marketing suppliers. The position is based in Arganda and will report to the Marketing Manager of Iberia. Travelling for this role amounts to approximately 35%. The position is temporary until the end of April 2026.What you will doSupport the implementation of Iberia Operational plan, strategic program and Market Growth Roadmap Initiatives with a strong focus on growth, sustainability, and innovation across the business.Participate in identifying market growth opportunities aligned with the strategy and prioritized growth initiatives, deploy and execute value-driven activities across markets and with customers.Work closely with customers to secure alignment and deliver best customer value. Drive and deliver marketing services for key customers, prepare and drive customer meetings related to marketing activities.Analyse and use market and research data with customers. Apply market and business intelligence to drive business opportunities with customers and prospects.Manage Market Promotional Investment for marketing activities spend and follow up and control in accordance with budget and guidelines.Drive and ensure a strong marketing relationship with Sales and Business Development team to ensure that the prioritized strategic growth initiatives are progressing as planned and that they are supported from a marketing perspective with insights and value-driven activation accordingly.Participate and lead specific cross-border projects and meetings within Iberia.Ensure expansion of Tetra Recart with key customers and BD customers.Support retail manager to drive growth into the market company.We believe you haveUniversity/college degree or MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing discipline
