At Lubrizol we're transforming the industry and looking for exceptional talent to join us on this journey.Lubrizol Life Science (LLS) Beauty Europe-Africa region is strengthening its regional marketing team with this marketing specialist position that supports strategically & operationally the Regional Marketing Manager and key stakeholders in a matrix organization.What You'll Do:The role is accountable for conducting market studies and giving strategic recommendations, planning and executing marketing activities, and developing new sales tools to enable business growth in the region.Your responsibilities include:Marketing intelligence, analysis, and strategic input:Conduct specific market analysis and provide strategic recommendations to the Regional Marketing Manager aligned with business priorities and support business growth.Monitor and collect market trends, consumer insights, as well as competitive data and address Lubrizol solutions to market needs for supporting the Regional Sales team.Implementation of the marketing strategy:Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business priorities and support business growth.Lead, organize and support regional events, including tradeshows, seminars, and online events.Participate in the creation of digital marketing campaigns, implement them, follow metrics, and ensure that outputs are maximized.Manage vendors and a part of the marketing budget to ensure good alignment with marketing strategy and maximized outputs.Development of sales tools:Create new concepts and develop collections together with the regional technical team to promote our capabilities and latest product launches.Design various sales tools for product promotion and adapt global ones to our region.What We're Looking For:Master's degree in sciences (cosmetic sciences, chemistry, biochemistry) with a major in marketing or combined with a master's degree in marketing.Minimum 3 years of experience in the Beauty & Personal Care industry (ingredient suppliers or cosmetic brands), preferably in a marketing role.Knowledge & experience in CRM is a plus.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel.Capability to think strategically.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to work in a complex, matrix organization.Willing to achieve excellence and go the extra mile.Fluent in English (both verbal and written); another language is a plus.Willing to travel a minimum of 25% in the Europe-Africa region.We offer:On-going learning opportunities in a rewarding work environment.Career experience with opportunities to develop into more senior roles within the organization.Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.The chance to work on global teams with colleagues around the world.Develop your professional career in a highly respected, industry-leading, multinational company.Ready for your next career step?
