Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
Implementation of company processes: POs, ASTs, and follow up of MKT budget with the support of MKT Specialists and FMM. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
Help to organize sales and MKT events both for customers and sales teams, doing the follow-up of the events and arranging all the logistics to ensure a successful event.
A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. For customer-facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE.
Lead a MKT project assigned by FMM in order to gather own experience and responsibilities.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited university/college or a high school diploma/GED with some experience in Sales.
Spanish skills and English at a medium level required.
Advanced experience with Agora & Veeva.
Background in the Pharmaceutical industry.
Marketing experience.
EU work permit.
Desired CharacteristicsStrong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
