.AUSTRALO is a marketing agency for Science and Deep Tech.Our mission is to create value for early-stage ideas and solutions that have the potential to positively transform society.We help Research + Innovation to thrive from Lab to the Market, turning their potential into tangible results, widespread adoption, and growth.Our team blends technical and marketing knowledge to navigate the challenges and opportunities on the path to market maturity.Since 2020, we participated in 40+ Horizon projects from areas related to Industry 5.0, Fast-Track Innovation, and Deep Tech, worth over 200 €M in funding.We partnered with 500+ organizations, from top universities and startups to Forbes 2000 enterprises.Objectives of the role We seek a marketing specialist to join our team and work on 3 European-funded projects related to emerging technology.In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, executing and assessing marketing campaigns for these research and innovation projects.You will work alongside a Project Manager and a Multimedia Designer in each project.The ideal candidate must have a strong marketing background and a passion for science communication.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost awareness and generate leads.Create and manage campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, newsletters, and press releases.Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and growth opportunities.Collaborate on lead-generation campaigns with the team.Design marketing materials such as slide decks, flyers, whitepapers, and case studies.Manage project websites and social media accounts, ensuring they remain engaging and up-to-date.Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare regular campaign reports.Work with external partners to execute and optimize campaigns.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to apply the latest marketing techniques.Skills 3+ years of experience in an operational marketing role.Proven ability to manage projects autonomously and deliver presentations.Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with tools like Canva or similar design platforms.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make efficient decisions.Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving results.Experience in EU-funded projects is highly desirable.Familiarity or relationship with media outlets (TV, radio, newspapers) is a plus.Conditions The position is a full-time remote freelance model.Such an agreement considers a workload of 5 days/week, with a maximum of 229 working days in a calendar year.The economic proposal consists of a rate of 180-230 EUR/day, representing a potential gross income between 41,000-53,000 EUR/year, depending on the experience.Further details will be shared during the interview.NOTE: We only accept candidates with available working conditions who are resident in Europe
