Zoho is recruiting for a Marketer to join our Marketing team in the Spanish region. As a Marketing Specialist focused on outbound marketing activities, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and customer engagement across the mid-market segment in this key geographic area.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute Outbound Marketing Activities: Develop an outbound performance marketing plan and execute on it by working with the sales team on shared commercial objectives. Develop innovative and unexpected combined playbooks on how to reach and engage our B2B mid-market audience.Deploy B2B Marketing campaigns: Work with creative teams and branding agencies on developing engaging performance marketing campaigns aimed at building the Zoho brand and generating sign-ups to Zoho products with the relevant audience.Report on Marketing Campaign performance: Report progress and campaign effectiveness on a regular cadence, providing ROI analysis and recommend course of action and decision-making based on performance data.Organize and Host B2B marketing events: Work with the broader European marketing team on content development, lead generation, brand building, community building, and our user conferences to drive regional growth. Organize and host bespoke B2B events, attend trade shows and networking events representing Zoho across the Spanish region.Contribute to the Marketing Team's content production cycle: Produce content such as blog posts, articles, webinars, podcasts, and more to showcase Zoho's fit for purpose positioning and work with subject matter experts.Conduct Market research: Determine the total addressable market, do research on ICP needs and wants, align content production goals with research outcomes and understanding of ICP challenges and more.
