Marketing Specialist

We are hiring for a MK Specialist to expand the Marketing department of a multinational with more than 30 years of experience, located in Murcia. It is an innovative company of the industrial sector, which currently operates in more than a dozen countries.

Responsibilities: Project, campaign, and event management.
Mk strategy for specific countries: developing the strategic marketing plans and establish annual marketing budgets.
Analyze metrics and results to evaluate performance and propose adjustments to results.
Develop and implement online and offline marketing content and communication strategies: Google, Email, Social Media, SEO, Marketplaces, Catalogues and Flyers, Promotions, Point of Sale, Merchandising, Fairs and Events.
Manage the annual marketing calendar.
Operating with customers such as wholesalers on identifying and executing marketing, partnership, and sponsorship opportunities.
Suggest ideas based on understanding of consumer behavior, market data, retail trends, and competitive landscape.

Requirements: Knowledge of MailChimp, Google Analytics (GA), WordPress/Prestashop, SEO, Marketplaces, Meta, PowerBI, and Excel.
Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative MK strategies.
Strong team working skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Adaptable to change.
Goal and objective orientated.
