In this context, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Madrid to help us share what we do and expand our reach, while ensuring our brand reflects our values and maintains the highest standards. As part of the Communication & Marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of Nommon's communication and marketing strategy. Your role will involve a mix of creative and analytical tasks aimed at driving brand awareness, lead generation, and growth. Your responsibilities will include:
Design and execute Nommon's marketing strategy to drive growth and brand recognition.Create and refine visually compelling marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures, and other promotional content, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.Oversee the creation and review of high-quality, client-focused documents.Design and implement lead generation initiatives in collaboration with our sales and business development team.Organise and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and brand awareness, including SEO and LinkedIn Ads.Manage and optimise content strategies, curating thought leadership pieces, white papers, industry reports, blog posts, etc.Manage Nommon's social media channels to grow engagement and audience.Stay current with marketing trends, tools, and best practices, integrating them into Nommon's strategy.Qualifications and skillsRequired: BSc/MSc in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or any other related field.2+ years of relevant experience.Outstanding English and Spanish oral and written communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Word.Advanced knowledge of graphic design software, such as Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite.Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies, including lead generation campaigns, social media advertising, and SEO.Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for grammar accuracy and a commitment to delivering polished, visually appealing, and impeccably crafted work.A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with professionals from diverse backgrounds to develop marketing materials that resonate with various audiences.Strong organisational skills to ensure content coordination and consistency across multiple channels and touchpoints.Nice to have, but not indispensable: Experience within a B2B SaaS company.Knowledge and/or experience in the sectors in which Nommon develops its activity, such as transport and mobility, smart cities, etc.Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and website maintenance.Good command ofPortuguese and/or French.Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and ability to collaborate with designers to create functional, visually engaging interfaces.Knowledge of video editing.Salary and benefitsLong term and stable position.Regular performance and salary reviews.Nice, well-located office in the centre of Madrid.Flexible working hours and possibility for occasional home-office.We always reach out to all applicants, so wait for our call or e-mail over the next few days after your application is submitted.
