Marketing Specialist - Dutch Speaker, Nl Onsite Marketing

Responsibilities:Developing and implementing the full lifecycle of marketing activity (category specific, promotional or seasonal) including creative development, targeting segmentation, campaign creation, and performance analysis.Partner with internal teams and lead cross-functional marketing initiatives to build strategies and introduce new features and programs with long-term value.Build out segmented and targeted content strategies for on-site that improve customer experience and maximize conversion.Run A/B tests across touchpoints to optimize creative and campaigns.Provide insights to drive an informed marketing strategy based on key metrics, historical data, and trend reporting.Use analytical insights to create actionable strategies that will help increase team effectiveness against marketing goals.Own reporting of key business metrics to the broader organization.Minimum Requirements:Experience in e-commerce, retail, or advertising.Native Dutch language skills required.Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges.Experience in marketing or marketing research.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
