Overview: Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education?
IE University's Global Brand & Marketing department is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join its team!
The primary responsibility of this position is to execute marketing actions to achieve the brand and business objectives of the unit.
The Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and will create, target, and measure customized consumer experiences that drive loyalty and customer value.
This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines, as well as a background in law, international affairs, and/or consulting.

Responsibilities: Your role as a Marketing Specialist will involve: Participate in the development and execution of the existing customer journey landscape to drive marketing conversion across programs related to business, management and leadership, with the ability to coordinate several projects in parallel at varied stages of development.
Learn and operate using an omnichannel approach to develop and execute nurturing marketing campaigns.
Understand the customer target, write creative briefs, and oversee the campaign setup process through end-to-end coordination with an external creative agency.
Lead internal and external partnerships to launch new campaigns, content, and programs for IE University's audience.
Strong focus on tracking and reporting campaign activity and results to measure their effectiveness and identify improvements for future cross-marketing campaigns.
Maintain and build the positioning/branding in all executions.
Create, implement, and coordinate organic content across marketing channels.
