We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Madrid to help us share what we do and expand our reach, while ensuring our brand reflects our values and maintains the highest standards.
As part of the Communication & Marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of Nommon's communication and marketing strategy.
Your role will involve a mix of creative and analytical tasks aimed at driving brand awareness, lead generation, and growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and executing Nommon's marketing strategy to drive growth and brand recognition.Creating and refining visually compelling marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures, and other promotional content, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.Overseeing the creation and review of high-quality, client-focused documents.Designing and implementing lead generation initiatives in collaboration with our sales and business development team.Organising and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and brand awareness, including SEO and LinkedIn Ads.Managing and optimising content strategies, curating thought leadership pieces, white papers, industry reports, blog posts, etc.Managing Nommon's social media channels to grow engagement and audience.Staying current with marketing trends, tools, and best practices, integrating them into Nommon's strategy.Qualifications and Skills Required: BSc/MSc in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or any other related field.2+ years of relevant experience.Outstanding English and Spanish oral and written communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Word.Advanced knowledge of graphic design software, such as Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite.Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies, including lead generation campaigns, social media advertising, and SEO.Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for grammar accuracy and a commitment to delivering polished, visually appealing, and impeccably crafted work.
