Marketing & Sales Officer

Marketing & Sales Officer is responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and increase customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Conduct sales calls, presentations, and meetings with potential clients to promote products or services.
Enhance brand awareness through consistent messaging and innovative campaigns.
Manage customer relationships to encourage retention and referrals.
Handle customer inquiries and feedback, addressing concerns to ensure a positive brand experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in marketing and sales, with knowledge of digital marketing tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing platforms.
Driving skills are an advantage.
