Position: Marketing & Sales Indirect Business Development Specialist - J&J MedTech Endo & EnergyEl candidato debe tener un perfil con una visión nacional, estratégica y de creación/adaptación de los planes de Marketing & Ventas anuales para el canal indirecto en los productos bajo su responsabilidad.
Será responsable de principio a fin de proyectos específicos que impacten a todo el canal indirecto de J&J Medtech Surgery España.

Key Responsibilities:Producto: La nueva figura ha de formarse en producto y procesos para lograr un conocimiento profundo de las áreas más críticas para el canal y por lo tanto de los productos más importantes, ej.
lanzamientos.Marketing: Ser un nexo con los departamentos de marketing de cada división, colaborando en la creación de eventos/cursos/formaciones/lanzamientos/congresos.Comunicación: Desarrollar un canal de comunicación específico con los TPIs y su red de ventas, compartiendo información de productos y actualizaciones.Formación: Coordinar el proyecto academia TPIs para generar un estándar de conocimiento y buenas prácticas de venta en el canal indirecto. Qualifications:A bachelor's degree in healthcare or biomedical.
Fluent English and Spanish.
Excellent oral (including group presentations) and written communication skills, as well as solid organizational and time management abilities are required.
The qualified candidate will have outstanding interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills.
Analytical thinking, results-oriented, teamwork and collaboration, integrity.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills, including the ability to design, structure and lead projects.
