This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth and success story of the international business within SD Worx.In this role, you will generate and deliver qualified leads for the SME and MM international sales team. As a true lead generation specialist, you will be responsible for proactively generating new business opportunities that will be converted into deals by your sales colleagues.You will do this by mapping our existing clients in local markets to uncover new international opportunities and you will be responsible to acquire new international SD Worx' customers.This is a great chance for someone passionate about sales, with a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and a keen interest in international business.Key responsibilitiesAs Sales Development Representative you will report to the Director Sales International and have the following responsibilities:Customer MappingAnalyze and map existing customers within local markets to uncover international growth potential. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on customer needs.Prospecting and lead generationIdentify and target potential customers in the international payroll and HR sectors. Detecting and understanding clients requirements and propose the best fitting SD Worx solution. Proactively generate new business opportunities using a variety of channels and tooling including phone, email, social media, and networking events.Sales Pipeline ManagementManage and qualify leads through the sales pipeline. Ensure that every lead is nurtured efficiently and effectively. Generate sales ready opportunities for the sales team that result into concrete appointments with sales.Collaboration with Sales and marketing TeamsWork closely with the international sales team to develop and execute strategies for converting leads into qualified opportunities. Align with local market teams to maximize sales performance across regions.CRM ManagementUtilize Salesforce to track leads, manage communications, and provide accurate forecasting and reporting. Maintain a clean, up-to-date database of prospects.Market ResearchStay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure we remain competitive and effectively address our clients' challenges.Reporting and CommunicationRegularly report on sales activities, progress against targets, and market insights to the sales director. Provide input into sales strategies and campaign development.Requirements and SkillsExperience:Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development and lead generation. Prior experience in a B2B sales environment, preferably in HR, payroll, or SaaS sales, is a plus.Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills
