Job overview To support SD Worx' international growth ambitions we are expanding our sales team and therefore we are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR).
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth and success story of the international business within SD Worx.
In this role, you will generate and deliver qualified leads for the SME and MM international sales team.
As a true lead generation specialist, you will be responsible for proactively generating new business opportunities that will be converted into deals by your sales colleagues.
You will do this by mapping our existing clients in local markets to uncover new international opportunities and you will be responsible to acquire new international SD Worx' customers.

Key responsibilities As Sales Development Representative you will report to the Director Sales International and have the following responsibilities: Customer Mapping Analyze and map existing customers within local markets to uncover international growth potential.
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on customer needs.
Prospecting and lead generation Identify and target potential customers in the international payroll and HR sectors.
Detecting and understanding clients requirements and propose the best fitting SD Worx solution.
Proactively generate new business opportunities using a variety of channels and tooling including phone, email, social media, and networking events.
Sales Pipeline Management Manage and qualify leads through the sales pipeline.
Ensure that every lead is nurtured efficiently and effectively.
Generate sales ready opportunities for the sales team that result into concrete appointments with sales.
Collaboration with Sales and marketing Teams Work closely with the international sales team to develop and execute strategies for converting leads into qualified opportunities.
Align with local market teams to maximize sales performance across regions.
CRM Management Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage communications, and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
Maintain a clean, up-to-date database of prospects.
Market Research Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure we remain competitive and effectively address our clients' challenges.
Reporting and Communication Regularly report on sales activities, progress against targets, and market insights to the sales director.
Provide input into sales strategies and campaign development.
Requirements and Skills Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development and lead generation.
Prior experience in a B2B sales environment, preferably in HR, payroll, or SaaS sales, is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to engage with potential customers and articulate value propositions clearly.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with customer relationship management software ( Salesforce) to manage leads, sales activities, and reporting.
Sales Expertise: Knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
Experience in lead qualification, sales prospecting, and appointment setting.
Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple leads at once.
Self-Motivated: A driven person with the ability to work independently and eagerness to learn about the payroll and HR market and SD Worx products and procedures.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high energetic and target-driven sales environment.
Target-driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Language skills: fluent in English and preferably advanced level in 2 other additional languages (French, German, Dutch or Spanish).
Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
