This is a position involved in multiple activities/projects, mainly office based, ensuring that we are delivering a superior customer experience by providing support to micro-marketing clinical events/needs to sales on a daily basis & campaigns or other marketing events.
The primary focus is clinical and micromarketing activities ensuring higher focus from sales in the field and enhancing the market understanding within the marketing department by having direct responsibilities on sales.
Responsibilities in Marketing & Sales Build and nurture a customer-focused, people oriented, innovative and performance driven culture based on the core values and purpose throughout the business units.
Consistently demonstrate behaviors that support and personify the Company's mission, vision, and values.
By maintaining close contact with customers in the field where is part of his/her responsibility, and knowledge of the market, develop and recommend approach on how to deliver a superior customer experience through micro-marketing activities.
Provide support by developing materials addressing HCPs or end user needs.
Develop key insights by continuously improving understanding of the issues the sales team faces, customer needs and market changes.
Provide support to Territory Managers in line with defined requirements in their plans (material development, delivery, communication and logistics).
Keep updated on regulatory and healthcare policy & trends.
Collaborate within the branding/positioning with Marketing, Clinical Education and Sales on the planning and execution of exhibitions, educational events, meetings and marketing campaigns.
Takes the lead in ensuring a superior experience for our own employees at our internal events and meetings.
Ensure a successfully Marketing Approval Process (MAP) in collaboration with local and global partners.
Customer Advocacy: Handles all logistics for educational events at local level (not national).
Budget: Monitors marketing budget and opex in collaboration with Product Managers and Manager Clinical Field.
Provide assessed weekly report to Manager Clinical field in accordance with agreed objectives, with key priorities follow up.
Support on tender applications.
Be responsible for maintenance of company records and associated materials and stock.
