Sandoz Iberia is looking for a Marketing Retail (Business Analytics) Trainee to support the department. This is a unique opportunity for someone currently willing to assess performance and drive strategic and tactical changes to maximize Business Unit (BU).
The opportunity is located at the Sandoz site in Madrid.
Job Description
Your Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
Obtaining a complete picture of the BU needs, market trends and competitive environment, identifying opportunities and risks for the BU and providing strategic guidance based on the market and competition dynamics.
Developing and maintaining best-in-class SFE framework including Segmentation and incentive plans.
Providing the BU with the adequate metrics to assess performance and drive strategic and tactical changes to maximize BU results and ensure efficacy and efficiency of resources.
Managing and coordinating the relevant projects for the BU.
Providing support on multichannel and digital initiatives relevant for the BU.
Supporting all necessary market analysis and portfolio forecasting.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
University education related to Business Administration, Pharmacy or any related degrees.
Optional: currently studying a master's degree related to Big Data, Data Analytics, or Data Science.
Possibility of generating an internship agreement with your university or school.
Use of Office 365 Suite office tools (Excel and PowerPoint).
English Level C1.
We are looking for a person with a high capacity for learning, planning, and autonomy.
What is in it for you?

Flexible Schedule: from Monday to Thursday from 8:00-9:30 to 17:30-19:00, on Fridays from 8:00-9:30 to 14:00-15:30.
Summer Schedule during the months of July and August (from Monday to Friday from 8:00-9:30 to 14:00-15:30).
Internship Duration: 12 months.
