Marketing Researcher - Dv722

Primary Responsibilities:Use different tools and software to find information to enrich the existing data.Verify landowner information is correct and updated in the CRM.Manipulate existing data, edit current information, and proofread new entries to ensure database accuracy before submitting to the Acquisition department.Prepare marketing reports and other documents for the marketing and sales team as requested.Follow up with Acquisitions Teams to identify discrepancies and/or errors in data.Research raw addresses to obtain the landowner's name and telephone numbers associated with the address/landlord.Contact civil government offices and other agencies to obtain and collect raw leads/addresses.Generate leads for the acquisition department and update the database.Other duties may be assigned.Qualifications:Education: High school diplomaExperience: Related experience or training preferredTechnical Skills:Microsoft Office proficiencyAbility to enter data accurately at a given speed #J-18808-Ljbffr
