They are looking for their Marketing Project Manager for the Spanish and Portuguese markets, based in Madrid. Job Description : Purpose of the Position: The Marketing Project Manager will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the marketing plan implementation for our operations in Spain and Portugal. With a focus on increasing brand visibility, driving qualified traffic to our website, and optimizing the customer journey, this role is integral to our continued success in the region. Operational Missions: Increase qualified traffic on the website through an integrated marketing plan, SEO optimization, content creation, and CRM strategies. Enhance brand visibility through strategic partnerships, PR activities, events, and press initiatives, in coordination with our PR agency. Develop compelling content and formats for both B2C and B2B channels, aligning with headquarters' guidelines and the unique characteristics of the Iberian markets. Lead and supervise online campaigns, providing clear briefings, setting marketing objectives, and monitoring KPIs to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate closely with the contact center to deliver a seamless Omni Channel Customer Journey and Experience. Responsibilities: Achieve agreed targets and KPIs per channel, ensuring the brand identity is maintained across all local B2C and B2B materials. Develop and define comprehensive marketing plans, forecasting and managing the marketing budget across Spain & Portugal. Direct website improvement initiatives for both B2C & B2B platforms. Implement CRM plans and activities tailored to the Spanish and Portuguese markets. Profile / Requirements : You have at least 8 years' experience in marketing, with successful work experiences.
