As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the global demand operations team to implement scalable processes, ensuring best practices in lead assignment, database management and marketing automation. Your efforts will enhance demand management effectiveness and support successful go-to-market (GTM) program execution. In this dynamic role, you will manage the global lead queue and provide first-level user support for data issues, updates, and enrichment, as well as marketing campaign management, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs. Additionally, you will maintain and report on account and contact data record health and uphold data quality assurance standards.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Assignment: Manage and allocate inbound leads in accordance with distribution rules. Support, monitor, and report on lead cycle execution to ensure optimal performance.Data Management: Maintain the database at desired coverage and quality levels, including regular reviews and cleaning to remove duplicates, correct inaccuracies, and standardize data formats. Perform data synchronization tasks with D&B or other relevant sources. Ensure data compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. Execute and report on database projects and data priorities for upcoming campaigns.1st Level User Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to lead, account, opportunity, and database management. Assist users with system navigation, usage queries, list uploads, and database updates. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to scheduling, testing, and deploying email campaigns in Marketo.Training & Documentation: Conduct "how-to" sessions on lead management processes, data hygiene practices, and system usage. Maintain standards and templates for lead and database process documentation.Project Support: Assist the global demand operations team with tasks essential for the successful completion of projects and programs.Requirements:Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Salesforce (experience as a Salesforce Admin is a plus). Familiarity with Marketing Automation Systems such as Marketo. Strong data evaluation skills with the ability to extract, interpret, and transform data into actionable insights and recommendations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, or CRM user support roles, preferably within disruptive technology sectors.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required; BS in Information Systems or Computer Science preferred.Skills: Attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Confident in supporting GTM teams on Salesforce, Marketo and other systems-related processes. Ability to thrive in a cross-functional and matrixed environment. Adaptable with a "can-do" attitude; no task is too small.Other Requirements: Fluent in English.
