As the engine and oil of our marketing machine, driving efficiency, optimization and smooth operations.The Position:The Marketing Operations Specialist working closely with the Snr Marketing Operations Manager, will be a highly motivated and detail oriented individual, focused on budget governance and end-to-end production management, to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of our marketing strategies.The Work You'll Do:End-to-End Production: Assist in maintaining and evolving frameworks, processes, tools and enablement with the production teams to ensure seamless production of our marketing activities.Budget Governance: Contribute to the development and maintenance of budget management tools. Assist in monitoring and controlling the marketing budget to ensure accurate forecasting in close co-operation with budget owners and the finance department.Capacity Planning: Support in managing team resources effectively, by identifying capacity constraints in our production process.Process Optimization and Description: Assist in the implementation of new processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Create and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
