The Team: The Marketing Strategy & Operations team is part of global demand generation org, and works in close partnership with cross functional teams including the broader go-to-market organization, marketing and sales organizations.
As the engine and oil of our marketing machine, driving efficiency, optimization and smooth operations.
The Position: The Marketing Operations Specialist working closely with the Snr Marketing Operations Manager, will be a highly motivated and detail oriented individual, focused on budget governance and end-to-end production management, to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of our marketing strategies.
The Work You'll Do: End-to-End Production: Assist in maintaining and evolving frameworks, processes, tools and enablement with the production teams to ensure seamless production of our marketing activities.
Budget Governance: Contribute to the development and maintenance of budget management tools.
Assist in monitoring and controlling the marketing budget to ensure accurate forecasting in close co-operation with budget owners and the finance department.
Capacity Planning: Support in managing team resources effectively, by identifying capacity constraints in our production process.
Process Optimization and Description: Assist in the implementation of new processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Create and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to gather and interpret data.
Clear communication skills, pro-actively working with stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
