As a Marketing Operations & Enablement Specialist, you will be predominantly supporting our marketing processes and best practices to establish and maintain outstanding user experiences for our internal and external customers. You ensure the basics are done perfectly. This includes monitoring email quality, communicating and training new hires and updates to existing processes, tools and guidelines and supporting the teams where needed to advise on operational best practices.The Centre of Digital Demand Excellence is a centralised digital marketing hub. This team plays a vital role in the EMEA and LATAM Marketing organisation. Not only do we support the entire Field & Channel marketing teams to run and execute on their digital marketing activities, we also partner with the six 'Go To Markets' (GTMs) at Palo Alto Network (NetSec, SASE, Prisma Cloud, Cortex, Unit42, Portfolio) to build and run their Digital Marketing plans. In this role, you will work directly with the Head of the Centre of Digital Demand Excellence and the team to establish processes and best practices that help the wider team achieve their quarterly Demand Generation targets while demonstrating solid execution fundamentals and introducing some new ideas and innovation
