About The RoleAs a MarketingOnboarding Specialist, and part of the Marketing B2C team, you will be crucial in delivering engaging webinars and training sessions that empower users to maximize our platform's benefits and reach our activation goals. Your expertise in creating training materials and passion for public speaking will enhance user activation and satisfaction while collaborating with various departments to continuously improve training strategies.The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office. It is Madrid-based, with our company headquartered in the heart of the city.Main challenges We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to learn and share knowledge, with a passion for training and its impact on client activation: Plan and conduct final user training sessions, whether online or on-site, to ensure a comprehensive technical product presentation and a deep understanding of our app and salary sacrifice benefits. Create the necessary training content, such as presentations and slide decks, based on pre-arranged materials. Collaborate with other departments to gather all the insights needed for effective training sessions
